Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at contact@charlisafari.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Digital downloads (patterns, printables, etc.)
- Stickers
- Signed or personalized books
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Apparel & Print-on-Demand Items
All apparel and print-on-demand items (shirts, hoodies, etc.) are produced to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to sizing or change of mind. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us at contact@charlisafari.com with a photo and we'll make it right.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@charlisafari.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your eligible item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank may take additional time to post it.
